The Blue Hue was founded January 2000 by DeAnna Hancq, CPCP. By September 2006 The Blue Hue was a 2 year winner of the Quad-City Readers Choice awards for providing the best services in the Quad-Cities and surrounding areas. In May 2006 The Blue Hue expanded to offer a training center for aspiring Permanent Cosmetic and Para-Medical Technicians. Ms. Hancq teamed with 2 local plastic surgeons in extending Clinical Areola restoration, and Clinical Seminars for the medical industry in the art of Skin Camouflage and Areola Restoration.
